Join us in building a world, where there’s no taboo attached with mental health. We are open for applications. We are looking forward to extend our network of suicide prevention agents to all over the world. Your local chapter can help us in creating a culture, which is adaptive, and is supportive for people with mental health problems. You can run a chapter with us, and can do community programs and do advocacy. Help us in saving more lives!
Check our Educational Programs
A large number of teen agers suffer from significant mental health problems such as anxiety, disruptive behavior disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and depression. These disorders leave life lasting effects on lives of students if left untreated. We developed education based mental health programs focusing on students and children with increasing evidence of effectiveness in improving mental health and related outcomes!
Advocacy & support
We collaborate with governments, both national and district levels to make policy level changings, and conduct activities that would help in saving lives. We have conducted sessions with in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Swat, Malakand & Murree with support of District Administration. Trainings & sessions
Its important to protect your mental helath and that of your colleagues at your workplace. We conduct trainings, sessions and activities at workplaces, and we guide people how to prevent suicides. Our sessions are focused on improving your mental health, building your resilience and to make best of your abilities.
Pledge with us
Pledge with us and join the movement! A lot of influencers, celebrities and activists have pledged with us to end the stigma & to offer support and help to people who are affected by mental health problems. Together we can make a community which can encourage acceptance and understanding for everyone. You can also make your video, or a social media post and pledge with us.
